Our Scope

Lynch Bros. provides high-accuracy CNC milling, turning, and multi-axis machining (3-, 4-, and 5-axis), supporting both prototype development and production manufacturing. Our vertically integrated capabilities include precision tube bending, advanced sheet metal fabrication, and certified special processes including aluminum heat treatment, fusion welding, resistance welding, and brazing.

Our manufacturing systems are designed to meet the stringent demands of aerospace, defense, industrial, and high-performance applications, delivering tight tolerances, process consistency, and repeatable quality at scale.

Rapid Prototyping

We provide fast turn prototype machining for engineering teams, R&D; departments, and pre production development cycles. Our prototype support ensures that parts are delivered quickly while maintaining tight tolerances, giving customers confidence before entering full production stages.
