Integral to our extensive welding department is our computer controlled AMI Orbital Welder, which allows us to produce a continuous number of identical welds and eliminate errors or defects. Tubes of 1/16″ to 2″ in diameter can all be welded.
Enhanced by the addition of the Weld Computer Multi-Variable Adaptive Control® and monitoring system, our Resistance Welding line can produce computer controlled welds that are exactly right each time and in many cases we can eliminate the need to run weld coupons and testing.
